Yo you just got keep going bro! As more fat burns off, it takes more effort to access what’s left and burn more of it. You gotta work out more intensely. And I know it’s hard with Dillin food and all, but there are healthy options! You can do it man.Ahh yeah, I know. I’ve been pushing myself hard these past 2 days, yet my caloric intake is still probably way over what it should be cuz I get the late night munchies and my self control is so low with all the food in my room. And, I mean I can eat soup and salad in dillin that usually isn’t the hard part…it’s all the late night snacking and munching I’m doing… I feel like hopeless…working hard in the day, but canceling it all out at night. I sound so pussy, and I don’t wanna, but this is getting harder by the hour.
