You’ve already made a ton of progress. Especially if you like it, keep working out. But it’s okay to eat more normally, or just lose weight slower (which is more sustainable anyway), you were depriving yourself pretty harshly I think…

Ahh… I know ): I like doing it and what not, but it’s hard not to snack…. that’s my biggest problem.

  1. gabitron said: the easiest way to stop snacking is to not buy snacks, don’t keep any in your room. remove temptation. drink water or tea when you feel like snacking or chew gum or eat something like baby carrots or grapes instead
